We are looking for an HR Analyst to incorporate to our team. The position performs a wide variety of human resources services, which include: Personnel Administration, External Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits administration and HR Metrics among others.

Main responsibilities will be

  • Provide administrative support to all daily personnel administration needs
  • Handle communications with HR related external vendors (insurance, OSDE, bank, ART etc.) 
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of company internal events
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
  • Effectively communicate information about benefits, paychecks or other HR matters to internal clients
  • Ensure all documents for on-boarded employees are completed accurately and are scanned and filed correctly
  • Responsibility to gather monthly payroll records with third-party services and appropriate control before payday.
  • Tracking of employee’s holidays, days off.
  • Helping in the conduction of recruiting activities for non-managerial positions as edit Job Descriptions and place ads, phone screenings and setting interviews.
  • Experience dealing with high volume pipelines in digital demanding recruitment environments
  • Support as back up roll-out of key company-wide people programs such as engagement survey and performance appraisals
  • Establish as a trusted advisor with employees across the site providing accurate answers attaining a high customer satisfaction level
  • Prepare and be able to analyze standard Human Resources related reports: Metrics and KPI’s for business decisions

Requirements: 

  • University Degree in Human Resources.
  • No less than 4 years of HR experience, some digital/technology experience will be highly valued.
  • Advanced English both written and spoken
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing time efficiently
  • Proactive, diligent and extremely organized 
  • LinkedIn recruiting skills will be highly valued.
  • Multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to meet demands
  • Understanding of relevant employment legislation and payroll in Argentina.
  • Superior MS Office (Especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.
  • Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs
