Account Coordinator - Client Services

We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team in Buenos Aires.
The position will be responsible for collaborating in delivering Media Plans to our Clients and work with the Account Managers (AM's) in specific needs from the area. 


  • Understand client goals and objectives to propose creative and strategic media plans.
  • Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue.
  • Develop sales presentations based on the proposed strategy.
  • Complete and fulfill requests for proposal’s (RFPs).
  • Process insertion orders and billing requests.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Account Managers on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights.
  • Ensure the Sales team receives the highest level of customer service.
  • Work closely with the Planning team to tactically drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales process.
  • Provide screenshots for client campaign launches and assist AM's in daily basis need from the area.
  • Collaborate in the reconciliation monthly billing with Finance


  • At least 2 years of online experience in media planning
  • Written and Spoken advance in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Studies related to advertising will be highly valued.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Well organized and good attention to detail.

Working shift for this position will be from 10 am to 19 pm and from 11 am to 20 pm. Palermo Office.
